    Shipping Policy

    Due to the Covid19 issues all around the world, some packages are taking longer than usual to be delivered. We are doing our best to reduce the impact and make sure your order is delivered safely and in time but unfortunately each country is imposing different measures to reduce spread of Covid19 and flight restrictions.


    My parcel was shipped but I didn't get an update

    You parcel is in transit to destination country. Unfortunately this process could mean the parcel is handed over to different couriers and airports that do not provide tracking information. The tracking number will update once parcel arrives in destination country and is checked and cleared by customs. Please note that your tracking number could be subject to delays in updating due to the current disruption in worldwide logistics.

    My parcel is showing delivered but I didn't receive it

    Please check with your neighbors or your local post office as couriers can deliver parcels to different addresses or local post office if there is no answer at delivery point. You should also receive a notice from courier explaining where the parcel was delivered.

    What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail

    All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

    When will I receive my order

    Quality, fit and coverage is our top priority, that's why each set is made to order according to your make and model design precise manufacturer measurements to ensure perfect fit. We requires approximately 5-7 days to process each order. If additional information is required, delivery times could change.

    To deliver your order as accurate and fast as possible, please make sure you provide all car details when ordering. You can use the additional information section to specify any special vehicle details.

    Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 20-25 days for your order to arrive to the USA, Canada, UK and Europe. Other countries can take an estimated 25-30 days. Please note, that due to the extreme popularity of our offers, these are only estimates.

    Will I be charged for customs and taxes

    The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
